Let’s work on cultivating awareness and connection to Pelvic Breath work. In many cases, there is a disconnect between the upper respiratory diaphragm and the pelvis and this causes downward pressure into the pelvic floor with every breath. This can cause pain in different areas and effect our nervous system in general.
