Recommended Classes for 7 Day Trialists

The 7 day trial is an opportunity for new students to get to know the content of my classes, feel the vibe and see if the postures are going to be accessible for you. I want you to get a good variety of what to expect in my content so I created a playlist that is going to give you several different types of classes you'll find here in the membership. For students with a hypertonic pelvic floor, or lots of tension and pain --> wait to do the stability creating classes until after you've put the time in on the opening type classes. You won't get to them during a one week trial, it's just not enough time. But still take a look at what you can expect once you've laid that foundation! My number one recommendation is the Breath Class. Don't skip that one!

  • Pelvic Anatomy Basics

When we know where things are located in the body it helps our brain connect better with it. If I tell you to think of your right big toe, you know exactly where that is, even without looking. While I don't expect students to memorize the muscles of the pelvic floor (unless you really wanna gee...

  • Connecting To The Breath

In today's class, we are getting into the details of connecting to our pelvic floor with the breath. We will use different positions and props to help us turn our mind's eye to the pelvic floor as the breath moves in and out creating an expansion on the inhale and ascending action on the exhale....

  • Damage Control for Low Back & SI Joint (Bonus Class)

The reason I'm including this class in Restore Your Pelvic Floor is because all the nerves that innervate down into the pelvis, legs and feet START in the low back. So if you hold tension there then that can create issues down the chain.

This class is appropriate for chronic low back pain, acu...

  • 30 Minute Reset

I planned with class with all the yogis in mind who might be dealing some extra stress right now, hypertension in their pelvic floor, a flare or are just in pain. Sometimes we can go about that in an intellectual way where we target our movement and have a specific purpose. Today, we are just go...

  • Quick Little Hip Release

When you've only got 15 minutes and you want to get some solid pelvic work in, this will be a fabulous class to turn to! We hit up so much in 15 minute. (yes I said 10 in the video but I don't think I'm capable of 10 minute classes lol!) We make space for the glutes, hip flexors, inner thighs an...

  • Module 2: GPS (glutes, psoas & sitz bones)

We will be exploring the fascia of the glutes, top of the hamstrings where they attach at the sitz bone and also the psoas and lower abdominal area. All things that will help with low back pain, tight pelvic floor, potentially knee pain, discomfort around the tailbone, sciatica and restricted hi...

  • 20 Min Restorative Reset

We are going to stay low and slow with this one. Between initial vagal tone techniques and quietly finding stillness in some full body opening poses, you should walk away from this class a little more settled and a little more grounded in peace.

You will need a blanket and a bolster. (If you...

  • Chest & Shoulder Opening Flow

Tightness in the front shoulders and chest restricts the diaphragm by limiting chest expansion, creating less efficient shallow, chest breathing. This forces the neck and shoulder accessory muscles to work harder, creating a cycle of muscle tension, poor posture, and reduced breathing efficiency....

  • Cultivating Calm

Let's face it, we live in a fast paced world and our responsibilities can be seemingly endless. There's no shortage of busy-ness and there's constant stimulation bubbling around us at ALL times. Once in a while, we need to turn down the noise. We need to do intentional things that calm our ner...

  • Gentle Pelvic Health Stability

I created this class because I wanted students to be able to have a go-to when they wanted to create stability but in a mindful, gentle and balanced manner. This class is perfect for new students, a student who's experiencing a flare of some kind, when symptoms are present but the opening work ha...

  • Creating Mobility in the Pelvis

Mobility VS Stretching; You need both for Pelvic Health.

    First, let’s define.

Stretching involves lengthening a muscle where as mobility affects the joints. We need to stretch to bring space back to areas that are in a shortened state which can be from a long-held contraction (like a hypertoni...

  • 15 Minute Ignite

Time to start that internal fire yogis! Join me for a flow that will raise the heat and get your heart rate going but not leave you feeling burned out after. I love how this flow offers an opportunity to feel strong but in a slow and mindful way where you get to pay attention to the details. Y...

  • 10 Minute Knees

The knees are tricky. There are many reasons that they could be cranky and one of them is that the surrounding muscles aren't supporting them. In todays class, we will bring stability to the quads (helps to stabalize the knee cap), the glute med and min (myofascially connects to the IT band whic...
