If you are dealing with a tired and sore body, tension or stress, this one's for you! Our entire goal here is to open the body, ground the nervous system and feel ourselves into the present moment. We are using a bolster in this one to offer much needed support and we will work on many areas of the body including inner thighs, pelvic floor, front body, neck and hips.
You'll need a bolster and a strap.
