No Props Needed Classes

Class lengths vary. Some classes I will mention props in the beginning but these classes can also be done without! If I use a chair in practice, you can use whatever you have available - a couch, an ottoman or even a hotel chair works. If I use a strap, you can sub a towel or a belt. Remember I use blocks under my hands because of cranky wrists so just because I use them doesn't mean you have to! The classes I added may use blocks but you can do without or grab a book or something similar.
